How to subscribe to news feeds using RSS:
RSS means Really Simple Syndication. And it is, just watch.
1. First, go to http://www.netvibes.com and create an account. You’ll notice there’s already news feeds on the page. Nice!!
2. Make Netvibes your home page. (Under ‘Tools, ->Internet Options’ in your browser’s menu bar)
3. You can edit those newsfeeds to what you want, or create more windows to add some. When you see this symbol: or a similar orange box on any site you like, right click it and “Copy Shortcut” for Internet Explorer, or “Copy Link Location” in Firefox.
4. Now, click the tiny link at the top any box in Netvibes that you want to edit that says “Edit.” Change the title, and paste the address you copied into the box that says feed (make sure you delete the existing one first)
5. Click save.
Now, when you open your internet browser, the news you WANT is waiting for you. Neat, huh? If you like this tip, leave a comment below.
